Meet Judge Liz

Judge Liz Jack has served our community as a Circuit Judge since January 2021, presiding in family law matters with fairness, diligence, and respect for everyone who comes before the court. She has earned a reputation as a thoughtful, knowledgeable, and even-handed jurist.

Before taking the bench, Judge Jack served for twelve years as an Assistant State Attorney in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties, where she prosecuted a wide range of cases and gained substantial trial experience. Her public-service background also includes work at USF St. Petersburg supporting families with young children in the dependency system, as well as service as a federal law clerk in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Judge Jack is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and Boston College. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active outdoors, and mentoring young attorneys.
